The MondialFax.com site is published and owned by Dim Solution. Because transparency matters a great deal to us, you will find below all the information relating to the publisher of the site.

The platform is hosted on a communication infrastructure distributed across Europe, guaranteeing high availability and transmission compliance.

MondialFax operates as a public utility: we process your document transmissions without requiring account creation or the accumulation of a user profile.

To route a fax to a telephone network we collect the strict minimum required for the service to function:

• the sender and recipient names, and the fax subject, which appear on the cover page;
• the sender's email address, used solely for the acknowledgment and transmission tracking;
• the destination country and fax number, both required for routing;
• the IP address of the request, retained for abuse-prevention purposes.

None of this information is sold, rented or passed on to third parties for commercial purposes.

As soon as a document reaches our servers it is encrypted for the whole sending phase. Once the transmission is complete the document is deleted from our servers: it is neither archived, indexed nor analysed.

The document payload is never persisted on our primary servers beyond the transmission. No advertising is ever added to faxed documents.

The site uses a restricted number of cookies, strictly intended for the proper functioning of the service and for aggregated audience measurement. No third-party advertising cookie is set without your explicit consent.

By using the MondialFax API or its web interface you agree to these terms of service. Our service is designed for professional, legal and standards-compliant communication purposes.

• Users are solely responsible for the content they transmit.
• The sender is solely responsible for the accuracy of the fax number entered.
• MondialFax guarantees transmission to the destination number but cannot guarantee the quality of service of the recipient's receiving hardware.
