The most frequently asked questions
Delays, acknowledgment, quality, confidentiality: the detailed answers.
The transmission time depends directly on how many people are using the site and how many faxes are queued. As a rule, once your request is confirmed, delivery takes one to two minutes.
During peak periods, the sending process may take a few minutes longer.
Throughout the transmission, MondialFax reports the status of your fax in real time. From the moment your document is picked up to the moment it is received, the status follows the actual state of the transmission.
You can also download your acknowledgment of receipt as a PDF.
As stated in the FAQ, every fax transmission is entirely free and unlimited. MondialFax also lets you send all of your documents internationally at no cost, with no advertising added to them.
Because service quality matters to us, all your faxed documents are transmitted at high resolution — the most capable, and therefore the sharpest, setting available.
Proud of the quality of its service, MondialFax has always refused — to the astonishment of many advertising networks — to insert adverts into your faxed documents. You will therefore never find advertising in your faxes.
Confidentiality and data security sit at the centre of our concerns. As soon as your document reaches our servers it is automatically encrypted (RSA 1024-bit) for the whole transmission phase. Once your document has been sent, it is deleted from our servers.
