These terms of use define the terms and conditions under which MondialFax.com provides its users with the site and the services available on the site, and the way in which the user accesses the site and uses its services.

Article 7: Term and termination
This contract is concluded for an indefinite term from the moment the user starts using the service.
Article 8: Applicable law
The rules of law applicable to content and data transmissions on and around the site are determined by French law.
Both this site and the terms and conditions of its use are therefore governed by French law, irrespective of the place of use. In the event of a dispute, and after any attempt at an amicable settlement has failed, the French courts alone shall have jurisdiction.
This applies to substantive rules as well as to procedural rules, with the exception of the conflict-of-law rules provided for by French law and/or provisions of French law that would contradict this contract.
Where applicable, and unless mandatory public-policy provisions state otherwise, any dispute shall be submitted to the competent court of Créteil.
